Returns & Refund Policy
At Manikkyam, we accept returns only for wrong or damaged products. We do not accept returns for change of mind, size preferences, or color expectations.
📝 Return Request Requirements:
- A clear unboxing video is required as proof.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
If your request meets the above criteria, please email us at orders@manikkyam.com to initiate the return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Timeframe: If a return is accepted, the return product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
Replacement timeframe: If a replacement is accepted, the replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
Exchange timeframe: If an exchange is accepted, the exchanged product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
⚠️ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours with:
- Your order number

- Sale or discounted items
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will credit a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If more than 15 days have passed since we confirmed your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at orders@manikkyam.com.
